Emails are answered within one business day. Messages received at the weekend or on Hong Kong public holidays are answered on the next business day. Including your order number helps us reply faster.

Order and delivery enquiries

For a delivery question, include your order number and the tracking link you received. For damaged or faulty items, send photographs of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve it quickly.
